As is so often the case poetry blooms with youth and this was especially true in this case. In the early to mid seventies four themes emerged. The most dominant was fantasy, closely followed to elegies on love but these were interspersed with zen style introspective work and nonsense and song verse.
Eventually this poetry evolved into a unique style of poetic prose that is best seen in the early short novel The Jade Hawk. Sadly this exists only in longhand on manuscript. The good news is that there are plans to publish it in the future.
The author has collated his poetry into six collections:
Love is the heart of all things Observations of Eternity Phases of Oblivion Reflections The Lighter Side The Return of the Ravenlords
An anthology is available from www.lulu.com. It is called “Love is the heart of all things”.
